Preview information for the current development build.

Signing in

Use the email address you registered with. Check spam and other inbox folders if the six-digit code has not arrived. Request another code after the resend timer finishes and use the newest email. Never share your code with anyone, including support.

A save is still pending

Open the app while connected to the internet and check its synchronization status. Keep the app installed and stay signed in while unsynchronized ideas are on your device. Signing out removes local collection data.

An idea says “Needs review”

Your sharing destination changed while an idea was waiting on your device. The app keeps it local until you review where it will be saved. Connect to the internet, open the idea and confirm the destination shown. If the destination changes again, review it again before synchronizing.

A link has no image

Some services do not provide previews, and private or removed posts may be unavailable. Your title, note and original link still help you remember the idea. An external provider controls its own previews and playback.

Support in the app

While signed in and connected, open your sharing space and choose Support. You can also choose Report shared content from an idea. Describe the problem in your own words; saved ideas, photos and device logs are not attached automatically. The receipt confirms that your request entered the private support queue.
